Pennsylvania-bound

Well, my long awaited trip to Pennsylvania is coming sooner than expected. I'm looking forward to meeting up with my half-sisters and brother and their families. Haven't seen a lot of them since my wedding almost 8 years ago and others even longer than that. I'm a little nervous too. I have one half-sister that I've never really spoken too. She and my other sister's oldest kid are graduating from high school so we are having a little get together this Sunday. I hope all goes well. I don't really know what to say to my sister. I guess I'll have to play it by ear.

Anyways, my dad, myself and my 2 girls are driving straight there. EEK!! I've got snacks lines up as well as DVD's!! I wonder how many potty breaks there will be?! heehee

Well, I'll be back to post about our venture. I'm gonna miss being at home and seeing my hubby. He'll be a bachelor for a week. Lucky dawg!

My baby's growing!!

Boo-Hoo!! My oldest had her graduation yesterday from pre-K. They had a concert/graduation for all the kiddos that were at this school. Both of mine were in the concert but only one graduated. It was a little teary-eyed at times. I can't believe that she'll be in kindergarten in a couple of month!

Well, school is out tomorrow. The girls are ready and so am I. I can't wait for this weekend. I'm just ready to get outdoors and do some fun stuff with the girls...and of course scrap!!! Hopefully I'll have time to! ;)

I'm soo excited to be picked for the June Guest Addict Counselor for ADDICTEDSCRAPPERS.COM!!! I decided last minute to whip something up for the spot and Viola!!! I'm thrilled. This is my first time EVER getting to be on any team, even if it's just for a month!!! I can't wait to get their June kit...it's going to be filled with delicious goodies!!! What do dreams mean?

Recently I had a dream that made me wake up in fright and think...what the heck does that mean?!

Have you ever had a bogus dream that really didn't make sense? Did you ever wake up and remember the dream vividly? Did you jot the stuff down? Well, yes to all the above!!! I jotted down key things I remembered in my dream and then got on the computer. I did a search on dictionary of dreams and came up with--->I have many stresses in my life; I will have grief; I am successful on my goals; and I'm bombarded w/ tasks in life. What were the things in my dreams?

• tornadoes
• green barn
• falling horse
• traffic
• falling rocking chair
• falling car

Well...before the dream, I was working on 3 projects and I was trying to work on a submission for a DT call. Weird how dreams tell you about your life!!

I don't have that many projects left for the month, but they are there. I'm sure I'll whip up some weird dream next week when it gets down to crunch time. **See bottom of blog for some recent projects completed!**

Well, off to bed now!! Need to see what I can come up with!! Heehee!

Project after project

It seems like forever and a day since I've been on my blog! I've been preparing for a Cinco de Mayo party and before that my parents were over. Then after recooping from TEQUILLA (heehee) I've been working on some Mother's Day projects!! I'm done with those as of last night!!! I love crunch time. I seem to do my best work that way. I always have some scrap-related project going on. Call me crazy...it keeps me sane (or insane!)

Anywho, here are some photos of me and my gals and then some from the Cinco de Mayo party we threw. It was a blast and everyone had such a good time and had full bellies afterwards!! Everyone stayed the night and I can say that I'm glad they made it home the next morning without a headache!!

Rhinos and Tigers and Zebras, Oh My!

Last night I watched more of my shows on DVR finally!! I'm finally catching up on my LOST show!!! During those shows I worked on a diaper cake for a teacher at my daughter's preschool!! She's having a boy and the theme of the baby room is jungle. So, this is what I came up with...

I hope she likes it!! It's a 3-tier diaper cake and it's filled with gifts in each round paper box! TFL!!

I can't believe that only 1 week has gone by. It seems soo long ago since my last blog.
This past weekend we took our boat down to my SIL's house and then went out onto Tampa Bay. It was such a nice, sunny and breezy day!! The water was sooo blue too!

Nothing else going on at the beginning of this weekend. Just making sure to keep the house nice. We did have 2 couples come buy. Tomorrow the realtor is bringing a group on his staff to take a look at the house. UGH!!
