It's time of the week again (and I haven't blogged in while) so here goes:
MONDAY: spaghetti w/ meatballs
TUESDAY: soft tacos, refried beans and yellow rice
WEDNESDAY: grilled cheese and soup
THURSDAY: salad with homemade red wine vinegrette
FRIDAY: Chicken Caesar Salad and bread
I'm not doing the weekend on my menu plan b/c I'm not sure what is going on this weekend besides catching up on sleep, soccer game, chores, laundry and lounging around. Soooo....the menu is open!
